Thursday - 11/1/07 Who: James and Fisher When: Morning Where: James' and Fisher's room What: They were just talking in aim and James signed off to talk to him in person about something.
James closed his laptop and pushed himself up to his feet. The conversation had taken a strange turn, and a sudden one, but that didn't mean that he wasn't serious about everything he had said. And Fisher didn't believe him. But he would make sure that he knew that was the case.
He crossed the room and reached out to close down Fisher's laptop as well, then he knelt down, on one knee, in the floor in front of him. "I know this scares you. And I know you've said that I shouldn't do things like this, that I shouldn't trust you so much but..." He shook his head softly then locked his eyes with Fisher's own as he reached out to take his hand. "I am completely and totally in love with you. And I can't, nor do I want to, imagine my life without you in it."
A slow smile crept onto his lips. "So with that in mind, Fisher Majors, will you marry me?" This was kind of funny and completely unplanned but... he wasn't even scared, wasn't even nervous about it. He'd never been so sure of something that he wanted in all of his life.
