Then he mentioned 'lattes'. "You wanna go to a den?" Was that was he was talking about? She'd always wanted to go to one on her own, but her family wouldn't let her. But she was old enough now, right? Yeah. She could go to a den. It would be cool. Ava would support the idea. And she wouldn't have to tell her dad or uncle.
