Ana reacted more than Nox did. The demon didn't even break stride when he heard Ava's remarks. He didn't even look up at her. He was far too invested in her twin sister. But Ana moved away from him, and he was forced to sit up, his wings hitting some of the cabinetry as he did so. He embraced Ana though when she wrapped her arms around him, pulling her to his body to keep her warm and keep contact.
"She may have knocked," he said absently, oddly not phased by the other woman's presence. He looked at her strangely though. Was her hair changing colors? It didn't matter. He pressed kisses to the back of Ana's neck and shoulders. He couldn't fight the ache to continue lavishing her with attention. He even whispered something in her ear, some declaration of affection in Latin.
