Who: Finn (As Rorie) and Riley What: Finn's gone crazy again Where: Riley's office When: Noonish Warning: Just in case, it's gets kinda crazy near the end with crazy people times.
Finn had gotten home Saturday, mid morning. He was rested and ready to face the world head on. Of course, he's new way of doing that was to make everyone, that told him he had so much for himself, miserable. This was going to start with Rorie and Riley. With his ring on, he looked just like his younger sibling. That meant he was able to go right into Riley's office without notice. He was technically a patient after all. So it wouldn't look like anything.
Riley was due in any minute, so Finn hurried up and got ready. Pants undone and shirt hanging open, he sat barefoot on Riley's desk, looking like a cute anime character with his big eyes and gravity defying hair. Something any guy or girl couldn't resist. He was counting on it anyways.
Riley was whistling as he came to his office, he was actually in a good mood for once. He and Charlie seemed to have something going on, he had no idea what really but things were a little less painful than they were at the beginning of the week. He opened his door and was extremely surprised to see Rorie sitting on his desk...and not dressed.
"Hey Rorie." he said as he put his bag and coffee down. "what brings you to my office...and why are you not dressed properly?" Riley asked as he threw his coat over the back of his desk chair and turned on his laptop.
"I wanted to come by and see my favorite doctor," he said as he perked up and smile, like Rorie always did when he was happy. "I figured since I hadn't seen you in a while, I should stop by and say hello,," he explained as he turned his body to face Riley. It made the fact that he was physically fit even more noticeable. "I would have brought a cake or something, but it slipped my mind at the last second, so I figured I'd make it up to you with something else," he said, going to slip his white, button up off his shoulders slowly and purposefully to catch Riley's eyes and have them on him.
Riley was a bit suspicious, he and Rorie did not have a close relationship, it wasn't like they talked every week so to call him his favorite doctor and to want to stop by and say hello was kind of odd. Riley wasn't overly attracted to Rorie, he liked bigger men like Fox or Finn even, Rez had been an exception to the rule. "Rorie I would really appreciate it if you would put your shirt back on please." He said as he sipped his coffee, not exactly sure what the hell was going on.
Rorie was bigger than what he used to be. Nothing like Fox or Finn. He wasn't broad, but he was muscular. He still was tall and lanky. "Well, maybe I would appreciate it if you too yours off," he said, looking at Riley. Finn could maybe play it off like it was a spell that went wrong or something if he had to, but for right then, he wanted to agitate and frustrate and just plain piss Riley off. Reaching across the desk, he playfully tugged on Riley's tie, giggling almost girl like as he leaned in closer. "Come on, don't you wanna play?'
Riley raised an eyebrow at Rorie and sipped his coffee for a moment as his brain tried to figure out what the hell was going on. "No Rorie I'm perfectly fine thank you...but what the hell is wrong with you?" He asked as he pulled his tie out of his grasp. "No I don't want to play, are you alright...do I need to call your husbands?"
"Nothing's wrong with me," Finn said, pouting as he sat up a bit before putting on a scared face. One he'd seen Rorie use a lot when he was worried or freaked out. "No! No don't!" He cried, jumping from the desk. Confuse and make Garret and Mal look bad while still fucking with Riley. Perfect. "Just. . . just don't call them, okay?" He asked, standing in front of Riley's desk, his hands clasped nervously around his shirt collar. Finn thought he deserved a fucking Oscar for this performance of Rorie.
Riley watched Rorie for a second and then sat in his chair. "Rorie...what is going on?" He asked again. Riley did not understand this and he needed answers now or he was going to call the brother husbands and find out what the hell...fuck he might do that anyways because Rorie was just acting so damn strange.
"Look. . . " Finn said, sighing softly as he stood there, fidgeting. Just like Rorie. "I-I don't know and I. . ." He paused, pushing his powers a bit to seep into Riley's empathy. Pushing his faux confusion and fear onto the other. Making his eyes water, he started to scratch his arms heavily, leaving dark red lines on his forearms. "I'm sorry, I'll go," he whispered, slowly backing away. He knew how breakdowns went. He'd had enough to know how to fake a good one. One little thing like rejection can set things off.
Riley set his coffee down and then rubbed a hand over his face, he knew the signs and motioned to the chair. "Rorie sit down please, and keep yourself dressed. I'm here for you to talk to, so tell me what is bothering you okay...I've always listened to you before without judgment so it won't change now okay?" He smiled softly at who he thought was Rorie. He had no reason to think otherwise, Finn was very good an imitating his little brother...which would have been a little disturbing if Riley knew.
Shaking his head, Finn dug his nails harder into his arms, starting to draw blood. "No, I can't. They'll be too mad," he said, squeezing his eyes shut tight. "I'm sorry I came here. I'm sorry," he said. It would only get worse. If he was self harming in front of Riley, then most likely he wouldn't hesitate to do worse else where. "I shouldn't have come here."
Riley had not been expecting this today or from Rorie, he wasn't usually this volatile. "Rorie, stop that." He said soothingly, he did not like to use his empathic powers because he was naturally very powerful but he wasn't well trained so sometimes...hell often it went wonky like it had with Finn but he needed Rorie calmer so he did his best to fill the room with a deep sense of calm. "No Rorie don't be sorry just please come sit down with me okay." He gently took Rorie's hands so he wouldn't scratch at himself anymore.
The good thing was that Finn had his guard up this time around because otherwise everything would have gone to shit. Sniffling as a few stray tears ran down his face. "Please," he said softly as Riley took his hands. He waited a fraction of a second before leaning in and quickly catching Riley's lips and trying to hold it as long as possible while Riley held his hands.
Riley was glad that Rorie wasn't yanking away or screaming, that was always an option in his line of work but what he did do freaked him out more. The kiss was a surprise but Riley had experience in this shit now and he leaned back and turned his head. "Rorie...I'm not here for that, I'm your doctor...I'm here to help you." He said softly and dropped one of Rorie's hands and gently rubbed his shoulder. "Come on just sit and tell me what's wrong."
"Please," Finn pleaded as he reached up to cup Riley's face as his other tried to touch more of Riley. Anything he could get his hand on really. "I just. . ." He scrunched his face up in frustration, trying to get closer. "I need it! I need you," he said, his fingers digging into Riley's scalp a bit when he tried to get closer. He'd push it till he couldn't anymore and then he'd bail. That was what this was about. Making things harder on Riley and Rorie.
There was something incredibly desperate about Rorie, it wasn't really like him, the last time he talked to him he was much calmer than this. "Rorie stop it...you don't behave like this with me, you never have. What is going on here?" He asked as he caught one of Rorie's wrists and pulled the other hand away from his scalp. "Are you high or is magic happening here...something is off."
"Just let me do it!" He yelled, struggling against Riley, almost a pushing and a pulling to get closer then get far away. In reality, Rorie was probably three times stronger than Riley was, lycan and all, but Finn was an even match and he was banking on Riley being too damned confused about Rorie freaking out and going ape shit to put two and two together. He tried to get a hand free, he even tried to bite at one of Riley's wrists. He was almost to the breaking point, but he'd push on further.
Riley blinked at Rorie and let go of his hands, while stepping back, almost getting bitten was not in his contract. With his telekinetic powers keeping the door shut so Rorie couldn't run away, he pulled out his phone. "Rorie you're not well, I'm going to call your husbands and the infirmary." this was getting out of hand fast and Riley wasn't a newbie anymore, he wasn't going to try to handle shit on his own, he would ask for help when necessary.
That was Finn's cue to stop and get the hell outta there. "I can't let you do that," Finn seethed as he pulled out his only damaging trick. He'd done it once with Garret and it sucked, but he would recover a lot faster than Riley would. Using his telepathy, he shot through Riley's head. It was essentially a telepathic way of stabbing someone in the head without the mess of blood and death. It would knock Riley on his ass and giving him a splitting headache. Once severe enough he could get dressed in a few seconds and get out of there. So, that's what he did and then he waited for Riley to drop while he dealt with his own pain and slight nose bleed.
Riley did drop, it felt like something ripped a hot poker through his brain. The problem with hurting riley was his telekinesis tended to lash out as a defense mechanism, which is exactly what happened and sent Finn flying across the room. Riley didn't even know it happened he was too busy trying not to throw up and holding his head. While he was trying to see through the haze he pulled his phone from his pocket, he needed to call someone, being vulnerable like this was bad.
Ow. That wasn't part of the plan. At least he didn't get impaled by anything. Shaking his head a bit, Finn quickly pulled himself together as Riley laid on the ground. He sneered as he looked perfectly normal Rorie now. Shirt buttoned up, shoes put back on, pants back in place. He was good to go. Without saying a word, he left. The door open from Riley having lost control for a few moments. Just like Rorie did. What a coincidence. Strolling out of the office, he shut the door and headed for the exit. It would be fun to see everyone go on alert for Rorie who was actually wearing the same thing as Finn was today and happened to be on campus doing some last minute homework to turn in. Going out, he ducked into the stairwell of the tunnel and took his ring off. Now, he was just Finn. He continued down the tunnel, different clothes waiting for him as well as long sleeves to hide for now. He kinda wanted to see what would happen to Rorie when word got out he went rabid on his doctor and is now on the loose, a danger to himself and possibly others.
The first person Riley called was unexpected for even himself, he called Rez and asked him to come to his office and then he proceeded to call Rorie's husbands, talking to the first one that answered. He laid on the floor, staring up at the ceiling wondering what the hell just happened.
