Finn had been doing his usual rounds, which consisted of checking pipes to make sure that everything was holding up and not freezing, checking classrooms for deep clean, random messes in the halls, etc. He was doing the last when some girl just plowed into him. Grunting a bit, he righted himself easily. "Easy there," he said reaching out and making sure that she was okay. That is till she looked at him like That. It was something he'd gotten used to, or at least attempted to. Work boots with a t-shirt and janitorial jumpsuit were now his usual attire, much to how much he detested it. There was no argument though because he had a job and he didn't want to lose it over a fashion clash.
So the top was tied around his waist like a jacket and the pants were left alone. His badge still hung from around his neck and at least he didn't look like Michael Myers. The black eye was fading as well as the busted lip. His ribs still ached and were going to for a while, but the magic pills that Garret gave him were doing their job and he was doing his in keeping from taking the whole bottle.
Sighing, he listened to the spooked girl before nodded. Wonderful, broken sink. "Okay, thanks for telling me," he said, gently as possible so he didn't freak the girl out more. Which didn't matter as she just rushed off. Rolling his eyes, he went to the nearest maintenance closest and grabbed a tool box just to have the basic tools. Walking back to the bathroom, he saw the water coming out from under the door, as well as hearing the barking. Wonderful. Rushing in he ignored the girl in the stall and quickly got out a wrench. Without getting very wet, he managed to get the water turned off before turning to the girl.
"Well shit," he said looking at her, realizing who she was. Mal's hellhound girl person. . . Thing. "Are you done? The water's not exactly going to be intimidated by some chick barking at it."
