Their little family was certainly unique in many ways, one of which was the whole last name thing, but apart from that, Kim was also thinking about how eventually they would get questions about Kamea since she looked like neither of them. When that day came, Kim would be ready for those questions though. She loved the little girl so much and was so proud that she was legally her mother now. "So Reed it is?" she asked looking from Starbuck down to her belly. "I think he's ok with it."
One couldn't truly live life without taking some risks and this was, by far, the best risk Kim had ever taken. Once she let go of the fear, she felt a sense of freedom and accomplishment. There was nothing better than this. Smiling against his lips, she honored his request. "I love you."
