Who: Adora and Heath Jao
When: Thursday afternoon after she has a fit of anger
Where: Her office
What: Adora has finally reached a level of frustration that just needs to be fixed
This was absurd. Absolutely absurd. Adora had finally and simply had enough torturous conversation with men that she simply couldn't handle it any longer. First, she had been dealing with Nox's frustrating rejections all week, and while that was normal, she was now finding herself distracted by this new professor, Eli Eden. She was aware that there had been another male professor, but she hadn't met him yet. Again, there was food, good food, just out of her reach. At least, here, just in the last night, she had found herself something to snack on that, while not as substantial, he would taste good. This Charlie fellow seemed to be smart, and perhaps he would be good for a few meals.
But there were some things that even Adora could simply not tolerate. She had been minding her business and had arrived at the school early in the morning, as usual and what had she seen? That brat Olivia wearing something... that she knew... belonged to Nox. She had seen that shirt on him before. And for the first time... in a very long time... she was angry. Enraged. She had simply had enough.
She made it to her office, but the blood boiling in her veins just wouldn't seem to calm. Oh, good God, this was just too much. Her mind was racing, she was... so... angry. She never got this angry, she couldn't even think. Before she realized it, Adora lifted up the monitor of her computer and hurled it across the room with a great, heaving scream of frustration. The expensive piece of technology practically shattered against the wall, and Adora stood at her computer desk, heaving and catching her breath. Huffing, Adora stood and backed away from her computer, trying desperately to keep her calm long enough to grab her staff information notebook and her phone. She dialed the number for the IT department, trying not to swear a string of curses in far too many languages.
Even the IT department had some older blood, though. She knew Heath Jao, knew that he worked the department, and suddenly... things didn't seem so... negative after all. "Hello?" She asked as the phone picked up on the other end, a smile in her voice and on her face. "Heath.... are you free? I seem to be having some major problems."
