Grinning, Zevira leaned back on her elbows and let her legs stretch out in front of her. Sitting after being held up on someone's shoulder was certainly nice. A gift of the moment, if you will. Her stomach felt a little bit strange from having been laughing, bent over, and nervous from having to actually tell Vinnie what she wanted to say.
"I'll do my best and see what happens. I'm pretty good at baking, so we'll see!" Her white teeth flashed as she carried on smiling, laughing. It was so much better to be happy than sad. Sorrow didn't suit her anyway.
"Lets try another day. My tummy hurts. Your shoulder. . .nnn, bony." Though her smile fell as she tried to hide it, she failed and had to look away while one hand rubbed against her stomach. It didn't hurt that much. More like the equivalent to having just done a good, hard set of sit-ups. "I'll make sure to be prepared next time. For the game, of course."
