It wasn't something Zevira tried to do on purpose, honestly! She was just that way. Whether it was for the better or worse, she was a pure and innocent girl that only knew what she thought was right. While she watched plenty of television and ready plenty of novels, that didn't corrupt her idea of what humanity should be like. She knew the world, too, from her history lessons. She knew it was a cruel place. That was the reason why she chose to be so happy--her kindness and cavity inducing personality came naturally after that.
"No cannolis!" shouted the Gemman over her shoulder as she ran. Quickly, however, she was caught. Somehow she knew this was going to happen, but that hadn't stopped her from trying to get away. When she felt his hands around her middle she let out a shocked cry mixed with laughter. Her eyes looked at the ground as she struggled to get away, managing to go nowhere. All Zevira could do was laugh, arms dropping the ball as she tried to get him off. It was a weak attempt. Her heart was beating because of the sudden movement, the require for more blood, but she was sure it was beating even faster because of him.
