At her words, Vinnie chuckled again as he nodded. "Alright, well, that's just fine. I'll work on those brakes with ya, too." When the sun danced off her gems, he couldn't help but crack a smile. If he knew what was going through her mind, he wouldn't have believed it. She was definitely pretty to him and that was a call that Vinnie would be fine making for her. So what if she was in sweats and a t-shirt? He didn't care at all and, if anything, it made her prettier to him.
"Ok, if you say so," he answered, watching her feet with the ball. When she stopped he looked back up at her. "Exactly.. doesn't sound hard, but it's kinda tricky at first. Just start off slow and nudge the ball along as you walk." If Zevira happened to trip or fall, Vinnie would be there to catch her or at least try to break her fall. He didn't want her completely giving up on the whole sports thing.
His eyes followed her feet as his own strode slowly next to her. Vinnie laughed at her question and shook his head. "You don't have to look up right now. I won't let you knock into anything. It just takes practice to be able to dribble without having to look at the ball. For now, it's ok to look at it, though."
