Ana's mouth just twisted into a frown of sorts at Ava's question. She didn't want to answer it, but she really didn't have to. They knew they had changed and that apparently it was necessary, but that didn't make it any easier to accept. At least not for Ana. "I think we took it a little too far this time. Charlie looked like he wanted to strangle me." Complicated didn't seem like a sufficient enough word for this.
No longer resting her head on top of her twin's, Ana shook it in response. "There was no way I was going to do that."
