"I suppose you could have them send it to you if you want it back," he replied casually. Roake had no idea of her reasons for not wanting to go back, but he wasn't the sort of man to pry into her business.
"Again, it's not a problem." Driving off the main road, he soon began to navigate through side roads that led back to the school. Cherry certainly didn't look like she'd had a good night's rest in a while, but Roake didn't know what the cause of it was.
