Who: Rocky, Lyle and Fisher
What: Reintroduction
Where: Lyle's room
When: Afternoon
Rating: PG 13
Rocky wasn't sure whether she was prepared enough for this but then nothing would probably prepare her for seeing Fisher with no memory. She was seriously considering backing out and telling Lyle she didn't wanna go through with it - but then she wasn't being a good friend or a baby sister if she ran away in both the Majors' time of need.
Steeling herself Rocky stood outside of Lyle's room and took a deep breath. She was dressed down, much more muted than usual with hardly any make-up on and her hair pulled up into a ponytail. Fisher was gonna look at her and not see her, not even register her, more than likely. He'd be scared and he'd only have seen a picture of her. There wouldn't be any reluctant glimmer of care in his eyes there'd be nothing. It was hard to grasp but it would probably be harder to see. Gritting her teeth she announced her arrival by knocking twice.
Lyle wasn't even ready for this, so how could Fisher be? He had said that someone was coming, someone who cared about Fisher a lot, but the older brother had only numbly nodded and hid beneath the blankets. Lyle knew he couldn't understand what Fisher was going through, but he wished his brother would at least try to come out more.
Lyle actually had no idea what Fisher was going through. He was experiencing severe withdrawal. Not so much physical, which was a blessing, but mental. This place was confusing, there were ghosts everywhere, and he was pretty sure that he'd seen someone with wings. Lyle was a fucking vampire. So instead of trying to absorb everything, Fisher slept a lot. He didn't want top go back on drugs, didn't want Lyle to see him like that, but... it was getting harder and harder to exist without it.
As the door opened, Lyle talking to someone and asking them to come in, Fisher peeked out from the blanket, looking over the girl with a quizzical look. He had a photo of her, and a name, but... it didn't help.
Rocky stepped inside, saw the fuzzy head of Fisher poking out of the covers and felt a sudden rush to run over and give him a hug but she didn't. She was proud of herself in that respect. Swallowing hard she nevertheless kept herself under control, keeping close to Lyle in case his brother flipped at her. Where did she start? For a moment she glanced at Lyle, as if in a silent plea to help her, before she stepped towards the bed, giving a little wave. "Heyo..." she said softly, attempting to keep the sadness out of her voice.
