Apparently, there was something about Adam as well because Ana was inexplicably still spending time with him. Had he been any other man, he would've been kicked to the curb long ago, but there was just something about him that she was drawn to.
Ana stared at his back, irritated as hell at the fact that he dared to turn away from her. She fumed silently for a few seconds before she finally opened her mouth. "I'm going to a feeding den with Ava.. you know, since you made me hungry and all with your antics." None of her usual teasing was in her voice, but instead, she was dead serious. She had thought about backing out of this outing with her twin, but the things he had said made her change her mind again. It was more of the bloodlust that was driving the decision rather than the annoyance he made her feel.
