Cissy almost giggled at his response. It was clear that she was making him a little bit nervous, but really he had no reason at all to be nervous. Maybe he was thinking that any second now she was going to come to her senses and run. Of course she was sort of thinking the same thing about him. Clearly she wasn't generally his type and really, was a mother of a three month old with only one tattoo and no piercings other than her ears cool enough for him? Maybe she'd find out. He'd liked Frankie, after all, and she wasn't exactly a wild child or anything.
"Yes, for the eggroll. And I want..." She licked her lips for dramatic effect, making him anticipate what she had to say. "A donut." That was not at all what he would be expecting and she grinned right after she said it and shook her head. "No, that's not it. I want this, silly." And with that, she leaned in to press a kiss against his lips, a real kiss this time, none of that tiny little peck mess like he'd given her at the airport.
