Addie couldn't help but roll her eyes at his response. She didn't think his grief wasn't real. She had just always thought it foolish to stop doing things, or even start, because of a dead person. Sure, she'd been around death, and she'd been a mourner at a funeral, but it sure as heck didn't keep her from livin it up afterward. But then, maybe she'd never lost anyone who'd changed her life. Maybe things would be different then. Or not.
"Yeah. And the sunburn. But then, I rock one of those Arabian princess outfits." Hmm. Didn't quite get what she was doing. That was cool. Took God 7 days to make this world; it would probably take some tinkering to get this alternate reality rocking. "Sure. If you think the horses can make the journey, and only if we can do some raiding on the way."
At the invite she grimaced slightly. "What, sloppy seconds?" But she knew it wasn't like that. After a moment she amended softly, "Yeah, I'd like that, Magic Man."
