Regrets. Of course there were regrets on every side and Ophelia wanted nothing more to let out some more grief through yelling, but none of the right words came to mind. She needed to be surrounded by familiar sights like his shirts. She wasn't sure that Cissy was even talking to her. What the woman could have done was been more careful in the first place - that was in the past and unfortunately, so was a tragedy that she had to deal with although she wished it was not true.
She glanced at her and saw how upset she was starting to get, and yet she didn't cry. She just left and kept the tears inside - granted, Ophelia didn't know if she had cried at all or just said she hadn't. This wasn't fair and for some reason, it irritated her. She slid from the bed and rushed after her, grabbing her arm and pulling so Cissy faced her. "STOP!" Ophelia demanded and slapped Cissy's face. "You're even more of a coward than me! Just... stop keeping it all in because that's going to kill you and your baby. You have to cry."
Now Ophelia grew angrier by the minute and her throat started to swell but she wanted to get this off her chest. "I lost my best friend when I was twelve. We spent every day together. I had NO other friends until I came here and now I don't have my best friend HERE anymore! You're the only other person who was really close to Simon and I need to talk to you!" Tears ran down her face as she continued to hold the other woman's arm.
