"That's why you gotta miss the sixties." Back then, you could run around Time's Square naked and not get more than just a simple slap on the wrist. People were so much less uptight back then they were these days. It was kinda sad. The freedom that so many people had fought to protect had turned into nothing more than repression. But she wasn't going to go off on that tangent right now.
"The hottest woman in the bar?" Ingrid asked, a brow arching slightly as she feigned surprise. "Who? Me?" She asked, glancing around and then grinning. "You can't honestly mean that when you have Bar Fly Barbie over there trying to show you her landing strip." She giggled and glanced over at the woman before looking back at him. "How much you wanna bet she's got a Playboy Bunny just above her crotch breaking up that spray-on tan?" Of course she doubted that either one of them were going to volunteer to find out.
It just so happened that the first song she'd picked started to play just as she'd finished putting in the last. It was Burnin' For You by Blue Oyster Cult, one of the more talented bands of their era if she did say so herself. It was sad that more people didn't realize they'd done more than just the one song.
Ingrid turned with her back towards the jukebox, eyes meeting with his own as a coy grin found her features. With hands against the jukebox, she began to move to the beat of the song, mouthing the words along with it. She was clearly enjoying herself as she put on a little show there.
