Simon/Arcelia
Simon was pretty nervous. This was his first date date since breaking up with Cissy, and even though they were just going to a dance, he wasn't sure how Arc expected the night to go. Would he have to kiss her goodnight? Would she expect it? What if he tried and she didn't want him to? Ugh, his nerves were going to ruin the evening, he knew it.
Simon didn't have the money to get Arc a proper corsage, so he'd made her an origami one, since he could fold paper like nobody's business. Hopefully she wouldn't think it was stupid. He went to pick her up at her room because he was a gentleman. He wasn't dressed all too impressively- just the black and grey shirt Ophelia had given him and a pair of dark jeans. Knocking at the door, Simon ran a hand through his mussed hair, trying to flatten it. Maybe Arc could fix it if she hated it.
"Hi," he said nervously as the door opened, his jaw dropping at the sight of her. "Um," he said stupidly, stammering a little, "I-I mean, you... look really nice." Moron. Blushing, he held out the paper flowers to her. Seeing her in that dress made his corsage look even stupider. She was going to hate it, he knew it.
