Will was very accepting. He was accepting of the fact that Haddon was dead, was human, had gone that way for whatever reason but there was no way in hell that William was going to say goodbye. That wasn't it. That wasn't going to happen. He stood suddenly, walked to his bed. "No." he snapped, breathing hoarse and his whole body on edge. He swallowed, angrily, unsuccessfully trying to stop his eyes misting over before he turned to Fisher. "No he's... he's here cause he wants to be. He didn't come to say goodbye. He would have told you. Fuck he doesn't want to say goodbye, what the hell, Fisher? That's dumb." He was deflecting and he knew it but he refused to acknowledge it. Haddon watched helplessly.
"He's right. I'm not here for that. I'm here to help him. And I'm here to tell him I love him."
