Jennifer hadn't glowed when she was pregnant, so for once the sight of Celia with her bright smile and ethereal feel was new to him in this pregnancy thing. He smiled, rubbed at the back of his neck then let her take his coat, watching in surprise as she fussed over him. This was certainly a change. He was about to argue but thought better of it. He was hungry, and didn't want to delay eating.
"Let me get changed, first, I don't feel right eating like this, especially with that meal. I'll be back in a second," he said, gesturing at his track clothes before he offered a smile and retreated to his bedroom to change. He threw off his sweater then his shirt, the mild air being a contrast to the snuggly warmth of his favourite lazy outfit. His pants were removed, tossed away in favour of his darkwash jeans which were just loose enough around the waist for a feast like Celia had prepared for him. His red long-sleeve sweater was pulled over his head as he made his way out of his bedroom, hair messy but feeling better in himself. He clapped his hands together, rubbed his palms.
