Rocky was one way of wording it. They were both very intense people, which most people may not have expected considering how quiet and unassuming Davia generally was. But most people didn't really know her very well. They didn't know the girl that had broken Sydni's nose over him, the woman that would tear someone else apart if they tried to hurt him, the woman that did, in fact, practically tear the sheets off of the bed while making love.
A laugh parted her lips as she reached a hand out to smack Charlie in the arm. "Stop it, silly." He would never do such a thing and she knew it. But she felt his pain, sort of. She would never be able to top the bike in a million years even if she tried, so she wasn't going to try. For Christmas, he was going to get something nice, of course, but not nearly as nice as the bike had been. That had basically broke her.
His suggestion brought a shy smile to her lips, her hands clutching at his vest as she nuzzled her nose against the crook of his neck. "You are so bad." She said, but didn't say "no", instead simply slipping her hand into his to indicate that he was free to lead the way.
