With an excited air about her, Rose ran from wherever she was to the front doors of the only building within sight. She was practically bouncing as she waited for the Doctor to meet her there- the Doctor. She was going to finally see her Doctor! After so long, and all of that hard work trying to break through the parallel world just to find him, he was actually going to meet her in front of some weird building.
Her smile was bright, but the longer she waited, it began to falter. She had a blind faith in the Time Lord, but she also knew that for being a 'lord of time,' he wasn't always very punctual. Even knowing this, her worries started to get the better of her. What if they were still in parallel universes, and it was just a fluke that her messenger worked? Rose shook her head. Of course not. This place was different. This place had her Doctor, and they were going to meet up again. She couldn't wait, but she was still concerned...she wasn't going to believe it until she saw it.
It worked though... dimension jumping... it worked- ever since that day on the beach, when her heart broke into a million pieces, she had been working with Torchwood to get back. She may not be in her universe again, but neither was the Doctor. At this point, that's all that mattered. With that final thought repeating in her head, Rose let her eyes search from her spot at the front doors for that brown suit and amazing hair, her smile returning full force from anticipation.
