Hannah was sitting down on the couch when Seamus let himself in, her journal in her lap, she was flipping through it and looked up once she heard him come in. The first thing he had asked her was how she was feeling which honestly surprised Hannah considering, she wasn't entirely sure what to expect from him in a reactional sense.
"Ashamed, embarrassed, guilty," Hannah said honestly in response to Seamus' question. "But physically, I'm okay. Justin and Aly took real good care of me, stocking me up with potions and looking after me."
Hannah hadn't known what she should have expected from Seamus. She half expected him to yell at her, be angry with her. Hell, she would have been angry with him if the shoe had been on the other foot.
"I'm sorry, Seamus." Hannah stated sincerely. "You deserve so much better than what I've done." Which was the truth in Hannah's opinion. He did deserve better, he deserved a lot better. "I wish I could tell you that my drunken antics were complete rubbish but there's truth in them."
Hannah frowned and looked down at the ground as she spoke, mostly because of her own shame. "I wasn't trying to lead you on, and I want you to know that. I think you're absolutely amazing and I think that somewhere is a witch that is going to fall head over heels for you and you're going to do the same for her, but we both know that it's not me, it's not us."
Hannah swallowed hard as she looked back up at him. "I tried to act like the feelings that I have for Ernie didn't exist, but they do. And no matter how badly I try to shake them or pretend like they're not there, they're there and I can't change that regardless of how he may or may not feel,"
"We did have fun though," Hannah smiled thinking back on their times together. "Didn't we?"
