Miles had spent the afternoon working in the library on paperwork for the Portugese and had only just finished when he'd realised the time and seen that it was dark outside showing it was at least five in the afternoon.
He'd quickly showered and changed into jeans and a t-shirt, waiting for Stephen somewhat nervously. He kept worrying that Stephen would have changed his mind, that he wouldn't want him anymore even though there wasn't an obstacle and although he knew it was somewhat stupid because their attraction to each other was almost tangible, he couldn't get the niggling doubts out of his head.
When Stephen came in, he nodded at the question but didn't get up off of the sofa, reaching for Stephen as soon as he'd greeted him and pulling at his arm so he'd sit down next to him. "So," he said. "Do you want the good news or the bad news?"
