Memo - Reminder Strictly Confidential
Due to current events, it is imperative that all Ministry personnel promote an honest and healthy image. It is expected that all employees, spouses and/or children uphold the highest level of professional and personal integrity. Any activity that negatively affects this office will be grounds for dismissal. For this reason, it is expected:
1. That no one breaks any laws, such as, but not limited to, murder, theft, illegal Transfigurations, illegal Portkey creation and/or use, illegal enchantments or receiving and/or offering bribes. 2. That no one breaks any internal regulations 3. That no one commits, attempts to commit, is involved in, aids and abets, colludes in any activity that might constitute moral deviance, which includes, but is not limited to, gambling, prostitution, drinking, illegal vices, legal or illegal use of potions unless under strict and proper medical care, outlawed spells, questionable spells, improper sexual behaviour. (Improper sexual behaviour would include any activity which might cast a negative light on the Ministry, which might include, but is not limited to, adultery, unwed pregnancies, premarital sexual activities, sexual activities in public places, voyeurism, and exhibitionism) 4. That shall be no improper association with Muggles unless prior authorization by the proper authorities. 5. That every employee, his or her spouse and/or child of said employee shall be prohibited from accepting any reward, monetary or otherwise, of service and/or good from anyone, except for things, goods and gifts under 2 Galleons. 6. That every employ will project the highest level of professionalism when dealing with the public. This includes, but is not limited to, no cursing in public view, no improper clothing, no improper jewelry, marks, body piercing and/or tattoos.
Any violation by an employee, his spouse and/or children will result in immediate dismissal and possibly criminal charges.
