"I think I much prefer VILF, love. It could apply to the both of us, and I would be more of a foster mother to Shannon." It was odd to think that they were all linked now. Shannon was fed from the same blood as Henry, the vampire who had created her, so... in some strange why they were family now. Though really, if she looked at it that way, she was connected to a great many vampires, as Vallis had taken to making childre whenever the mood struck him. "No, I suppose you're right. That won't be an easy assignment, so I'll just leave it to Dom." Jun would be able to pick up on anyone tailing her, so the were was going to have to be handled with care, and Dom would know just how to go about doing that. "Oh, good choice. He's not bad looking either, quiet, so that's a plus." Most of the weres in Dom's family were, but if you got them around one another, that could quickly change. Thankfully they were all raised in a manner so that they knew when to not play around. "I've thought about it enough. If something were to happen, if it really goes to shit here, I don't want to be half way across the world. I want to be here. If there is a small chance that this is the start of the end for our kind, you better believe I don't want to spend those days stuck in front of a fucking camera, pretending I'm not some blood sucking monster, with a wife back home, who she loves." Alright, so Jaida wasn't technically her wife, but she was close enough to one. "I would have to hide how I really am, and fuck, that sounds so bloody dull." If her time here was short, she wanted to fully enjoy it, if this marked the start of their take over, she wanted to be able to celebrate with Jaida. "I want to be here, with you, and everything that I've built. Not pretending it doesn't all exist." Vivian was still going to talk to Pru, she had to, but her mind was made up. The demon was going to have to find someone else to represent the vampires in his little campaign. "So long as I can untie it the moment we're in the hot tube, you can wear whatever suit you like." Vivian went willingly to the door, she paused only when they reached the watchman, informing him that she would be out for the night, and not to have her bothered. Tonight was for Jaida, and work wasn't going to butt it's way in.
"Nope, not a one. Just a normally dressed x-ray tech, who has the most amazing timing ever." It was best to avoid spilling the beans at all cost. Unless something really awful had happened, and they needed to id the people who had attached the two women, it was pointless. "That will be before we know it. Look at what's happened in California, the bombings. That's taken some organisation on their part. I think they still might be afraid of here, so... only the really crazy ones have made the trip." This was where Pruflas has made his speech, it was being viewed as the supernatural capital. Once the humans who were struggling with the new revelation grew some balls, there would be a flood of their kind to the city. "Where will you go once things really fall apart? They will be worse here, it won't be safe anymore." His plan was to eventually go home, and hide out. Australia was a rough enough place, that he thought he might be able to live out the remainder of his life with some peace. It was a last resort, but with the way things were going, you had to have a back up plan, and that was his. Speaking of difficult women, difficult relationships, Ian thought for a moment whether his ex was being effected by everything going on, or not. Being a were, she might be able to slide by unnoticed, but he was also stricken with the desire to not give a shit about her. Given everything that had happened between the two of them, the wound was still pretty fucking fresh. "I don't know that I would call it brilliant, but it's a plot." Ian knew, given the circumstances, that he had a card in his favor, he had been the girls savior that evening. Not only was Eden kinds, smart, and beautiful, but she seemed to be tolerating him rather well. If that wasn't reason enough to ask her out, he couldn't see what was.
