Lady of the Golden Lake was written by Robor Dinah Sparrow. It's been published primarily in Aurellian. It's very good and written in an open accessible style. It's made some waves as it lionizes Aurellian history and if you squint there are parallels that can be drawn to Aurelle's current political situation. It uses what little remains of primary and secondary historical accounts about Caitrin to tell her story starting from when she was merely Chieftan of the tiny, oppressed Inis Aur tribe to her rise to High Queen of the unified tribes of Aurelle.
