Calvin turned his head from the shifty little creature at the knock on the door, and his demeanor loosened just slightly when Master Rosier's favorite servant appeared from the other side of the door. Good. Perhaps she'd respond better to a Clovennian, not to mention one that had likely been learning her tricks since she was a kitten. "Oh, Mr. Brigant. Thank--" his teeth had just lowered to say Ceddon when he caught himself and switched to, "Goodness. Would you be able to assist me with her?"
He set the tray down, vaguely motioning Chouette toward it. "Come on, cat. Come down."
Chouette looked down disinterestedly, then neatly tucked her feet beneath her, laying down on her stomach to watch the men below. Seeing this, Calvin released a hard exhale. "I don't even know how she got up there in the first place."
