Viola's eyebrow hitched up slightly as he peppered her with questions, apparently less concerned about arguing about Llewellyn now. "More than dozens, less than hundreds," Viola said, not knowing an exact number. "It looked to me as if it was blown open, but I didn't examine things to closely. I let the police do that." She'd done enough in the past couple of days, after all.
"No one that I intended to," Viola lied. (Except Lachlan, of course, but she certainly couldn't say that.) "Though of course I told Winn--Deputy Kinney upon questioning, and recently informed Beau when we spoke. My working assumption is that Llewellyn must have overheard when I had my meeting with Blair to collect payment. Sloppy of me, but that's how it happened."
