It was entirely possible that Caden was a little late to their brunch - or what passed for one for people with their schedules - on account of sleeping in a little late. He'd done his best to hurry, as soon as he did wake up. He'd slipped into a pair of one of his favorite pair of pants-slash-plaited-skirt, a blue sweater, and an off-white asymetrical cardigan. A very Aurellian sort of outfit, Caden-style, and he had taken the time to add a little eye make-up to it, eyeshadow and kohl.
"Darling Maura," he greeted her with a warm smile, draping his pale blue coat and slightly darker scarf on the back of his chair and leaning over to press a kiss to her cheek. "I hope I didn't keep you waiting too long."
