Briar laughed that, a mischievous spark in her eyes that faded with an exasperated sigh when a loud clatter came from her other table packed with five other guys who had also just gotten off work.
She leaned around the bar to snap at them sharply, "Oi!" Wanting to say something more scathing but restraining herself at the last moment. Tiny she may be but fierce would her wrath be if they made her break out the mop this early in her shift. Cleaning was by far the worst part of this new life.
