Reagan & Fiona | Afternoon | Town Circle
She hadn't had many opportunities to catch up with her formerly-intended sister-in-law since her arrival back in town. But when she caught sight of her at the Turning ceremony she politely disengaged from the riveting conversation she'd been dragged into with one of her mother's friends (about quilting, of all things) to pursue her.
Despite the complicated, frustrating, and often conflicting emotions of being betrothed to the youngest Fox sibling, Fi had always been a friend to her. She'd been one of the first to welcome her to Castyll when she'd moved, and was literally one of the only people who had been able to relate to her, to truly empathize with what she'd been going through back then.
It seemed they had a few more things in common these days, though none that could be said aloud in the current company. Still, Reagan knew who was responsible for Glynn's being Unbound this day.
Finally catching up, she reached out to lightly touch the other woman's sleeve, a smile curling her lips when she turned to face her. "Fiona."
