Sibyla was concerned that the woman would be unsteady on her feet but it seemed as though once she got upright, that she was a bit steadier. Still, she wasn't entirely convinced that she was truly all right. "There is no need to apologize. Do you need a moment? Maybe you should rest," Sibyla suggested, indicating toward the nearest chair, which happened to be at the same table where she had been sitting.
When the woman extended an arm in greeting, Sibyla took it with her usual poise. She had been, after all, a governor's daughter back in Whisper Run and had such manners and formalities ingrained in her since birth. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Everil," she said with the same politeness. "My name is Sibyla." She offered a smile of her own, though it was a bit more measured than Everil's; even in her compassion, Sibyla was guarded and unwilling to let down her defenses much.
