Leland pursed his lips as Tegwaret spoke, considering. "That might be a very good idea. Think of it, a place to stay, heal from your wounds, or from the hardships of travel, before you even make it into town. Situate it right, and enough people would almost have to stop by because it'd be just the perfect location."
It would cost a great deal, Leland knew, funds he didn't have just yet, but it was something to start planning for. In fact, Leland could almost certainly see himself settling down, running a hostel or hospital of sorts, especially without having to be within the confines of a domain. he wouldn't have to pay the king taxes on the land or tithe in anyway, because it would be his.
"We?" He turned to Tegwaret with an amused smile. "You'd be interested in setting up a hostel?"
