"Very well." Tegwaret agreed with a smile, glad to lead the way. Though he had a couple inches on Leland, they seemed to match pace rather well as they started west. "It shouldn't be much more time to take an indirect route. While we may have less tilled and traveled land to skim across, the lack of people along the way should allow us to travel quickly."
Tegwaret shrugged his cloak around his shoulders, not bothering to lift the hood up. As they trekked away from the river, the breezes were less, the sun heating up the air to a comfortable morning weather. "When we get there, you want to find an existing business that needs a healer, right? Or would you rather just set up shop on your own?" he asked, as the trees got thicker where the land started to rise up to meet the hills.
