Leland nodded and packed his kit back up, hoisting his bag over his shoulder. "Then in that case, I'm ready to go. Perhaps we'll see when we get there why this place is the way it seems to be." Leland listened to the suggested route and nodded. "I have no arguments. It sounds fine to me. Truthfully I'd have walked right through the main roads, but that would draw too much attention, and I'd rather not do that unless necessary. We'll go your way and be more unobserved."
Leland stepped back, gesturing for Tegwaret to take the lead. "I don't mind taking a more roundabout way now that I have proper company," he added with a small smile on his face."
