Fortunately, neither Claire not her husband are quite that degree of The Right Sort: Claire is Sacred Twenty-eight, certainly, and Augustus is...friendly...with many of that sort, but the pair of them are rather too retiring for red carpets. They arrive to little fanfare, just as she likes it, and make the rounds of their friends and colleagues as far away from cameras as they can get.
