Conlan was only more confused when instead of a person, a giant ball of fluff appeared in the doorway. Sovereign snorted and reared enough to stamp both hooves, his shoulder knocking against the stall door in disapproval.
"Hey!" Conlan glanced over his shoulder, glowering at the horse, who took no notice or care, now pacing within the confines of his area. The blacksmith sighed, stepping toward the dog easily, his head tilted to the side. "Well, where'd you come from?" He crouched a few feet away, enough for the unfamiliar animal to hopefully not perceive him as any kind of threat, quietly whistling even as his eyes found Eirys in the doorway. The corner of his mouth turned up in a faint smile, but he didn't stand quite yet. "Ah, there's your human. What'ya break now?"
