WWE Women's Champion Mickie James is out first. WWE Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston is out next. This match is for both titles as the winners take all.
WWE Women's Champion Mickie James is out first. WWE Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston is out next. This match is for both titles as the winners take all. Beth and Santino, the challengers, come out to Santino's music.
The referee holds both titles up to signify they are both on the line. Santino is sporting a new blue singlet. Beth and Mickie start things out. Beth picks Mickie up, she lands on her feet. Mickie works to mount offense. Beth whips Mickie off the ropes. Mickie hits a dropkick to the knee of Beth. Mickie gets a cover for a one count.
Santino is tagged in. He goes after Mickie but she pokes him in the eye. Mickie takes Santino down. Tag from Mickie as Kofi hits a cross body off the top rope. Kofi whips Marella in the corner, gets on him and delivers right hands. Kofi sends Santino to the outside with an uppercut. Beth talks crap to Santino on the outside as Mickie knocks her to the outside. Kofi teases a swan dive out of the ring as Beth and Marella argue. Santino jumps in Beth's arms.
Santino finally builds offense but not for long as Kofi counters. Beth is tagged in. She goes to work with kicks on Kofi Kingston. Marella gets tagged in and hits a snap suplex on Kofi. Marella locks in a submission hold on Kofi. Kofi gets to his feet but Santino tags in Beth. Santino and Kofi butted heads. Mickie is tagged in. Mickie goes to work on Beth.
Mickie takes it too Beth and knocks Santino off the apron. Hurricanrana from Mickie on Beth. Mickie goes to the top and right on Beth. Mickie goes for the counter as Santino makes the save. Kofi gets in but flips over the top to the outside. Mickie hits her DDT on Santino. This allows Beth to go to work on Mickie. Beth lands her finisher and gets the three count on Mickie James.
Winners - Beth Phoenix (new WWE Women's Champion) & Santino Marella (new WWE Intercontinental Champion)

Double the pleasure, double the pain. That’s the catalyst behind the Winners Take All Match pitting Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston & Women’s Champion Mickie James against Santino Marella & Beth Phoenix.
Raw General Manager Mike Adamle created the stipulations for the intergender bout, which dictate that whichever team prevails, that team will earn both titles.
As if the rules governing the bout weren’t unusual enough, there is also the added element of a strange love affair between the Italian Stallion and The Glamazon. The pair has been nurturing a budding, if odd, romance for several weeks now. Ever since Phoenix, a former Women’s Champion, defeated Marella, a former Intercontinental Champion, in an intergender encounter, the two have succumbed to their amorous feelings for one another.
For their part, Kingston & James have been proud defenders of their respective titles. The Intercontinental Champion made an immediate impact when he was brought over from ECW during the WWE Supplemental Draft on WWE.com. James claims the Women’s Championship for her fourth time, most recently after defeating former champion, Phoenix.
How will the romance between Santino and The Glamazon fare under the strain of competing for two championships in one match? Will their chemistry outside of the ring relate to gold inside? Or will the reigning champions make easy work of bickering opponents?

Mickie ran down to the ring where at ringside was her own father whom she gave a nice hug to before getting into the ring. JR says that this match is a non-title bout. Jillian catches Mickie off the ropes and catches an early 2 count on the Champion. Jillian pulls Mickie's hair as the ref makes his count and she breaks the hold. Jillian hits a cartwheel move in the corner on Mickie and another 2 count.Mickie gets back to her feet and unloads with a series of moves and kicks on Jillian. Mickie hits her signature DDT on Jillian and gets the pinfall for the win. After the match, Mickie goes to hug her dad at ringside. Katie Lea runs up and attacks Mickie from behind and lays her out. Katie goes to the entranceway where Paul Burchill is. She says that what she did was for the new General Manager and announces herself as the future Women's Champion and Paul Burchill as the future IC Champion. Mickie and Katie trade looks as we go to the SmackDown Rebound and commercial.

WWE Women's Champion Mickie James comes out first with her title. Next is Katie Lea with Paul Burchill.Jack Doan calls for the bell and we're underway. Katie Lea gets a quick backslide and a couple of one counts. Michael Cole teases that Katie might be in Mickie's head with two pinfall victories. They do some spots on the mat before Mickie gets a roll-up bridge for a one count. Mickie works over the challenger with her arsenal. Mickie goes to the top rope but Katie goes to the outside to regroup. Mickie jumps down and calls her back to the ring. Katie gets back in and gets a quick cover off a distraction from Paul Burchill. Big baseball slide in the ring from Mickie onto Katie Lea. Katie goes back to the outside. Back in quick as she hits an arm bar suplex. Katie stomps Mickie James who is on the mat. Mickie gets back to her feet only for Katie to mount more offense. Katie throws Mickie shoulder first into the turnbuckles, Mickie sells on the mat. Paul Burchill screams from ringside as Katie gets a two count. Burchill tells Katie Lea to rip Mickie's arm off as she applies an arm submission hold on the mat. Mickie gets back to her feet and takes out Katie Lea. She hammers away with right hands. Arm drag take down from Katie Lea to a quick one count. Katie attacks Mickie in the corner and throws her to the opposite. Mickie counters with a kick and a hurricanrana. Mickie hits a clothesline as she sells her left arm. Mickie gets a cover for a two count. She goes for her DDT but she ends up getting caught in a submission maneuver on her arm. Mickie tries to get out but Katie applies it again. They've lost the crowd as Katie Lea works on Mickie. She goes for a suplex and eats the tornado DDT. Three count from Mickie to retain.

WWE Women’s Champion Mickie James has held her title since April, defeating numerous opponents and showing the world why she deserves to be a four-time Women’s Champion. At Night of Champions, James will defend her title against Katie Lea Burchill, who – along with her brother Paul – has been introducing the Raw roster to their smashmouth brand of competition for the past two months.
On April 14, Mickie James won the WWE Women’s Championship by defeating a Diva who many thought to be an unbeatable opponent, Beth Phoenix. Proving that size and strength weren’t everything, James took down The Glamazon, and has managed to hold the powerful competitor at bay for the past two months.At around the same time, the Burchill siblings made their Raw debut. Initially, Paul did most of the fighting, but in recent weeks Katie Lea has proven that she is more than proficient in the ring. While partnered with Beth Phoenix in a tag match against Mickie James and Melina, Katie Lea even did what The Glamazon could not, pinning James for the win. Katie Lea even went on to pin the current Women’s Champion again during an intergender tag match.Mickie James struggled long and hard to reclaim the WWE Women’s Championship, and now she is being forced to face a Diva who has already pinned her twice in the past. At Night of Champions, will James be able to retain her title, or will Katie Lea Burchill walk away as the new WWE Women’s Champion?

Tag Team Match
Melina & Mickie Vs. Beth & Katie Lea
Mickie James enters the ring accompanied by Melina with a pink outfit on. Mickie Starts off the match facing Katie Lea. Mickie begins to take control and looks for a tag but Melina was too focused on Beth. Katie gets the best of Mickie and tags in Beth. Mickie TAkes control over beth, and then Mickie tags in Melina after Melina screams about wanting to fight Beth. Beth and Melina get into a brawl on the outside, when Mickie and Katie break it up. Melina tags in Mickie and Mickie dominates Katie, then dropkicks Beth on the outside. Mickie attempts a MickieDDT but gets thrown forward. The Referee then got distracted and Beth hit Mickie from behind and Katie Lea got the pin on Mickie 1-2-3.
In the Back
A doctor was helping to Mickie James, who had an ice pack on her neck. John Cena walked in to check on Mickie and make sure she is ok. He said he was sorry about all of the gossip going around that they are a couple and said they should just be friends. Cena told Mickie she was beautiful and Mickie said Cena was hot, Cena then said she forgot something at his place last night and handed her a thong. Mickie who was embarrassed walked off to talk to the doc. Cena then drank some of JBL's Mama Juana Love drink .

Cena was in the trainer's room talking to the doctor when Mickie James interrupted. Cena asked for some private time as Mickie suggested they work on some submission moves later tonight. Oh my. Suddenly there was a flushing sound and out walked Mike Adamle. LOL. Adamle was so excited to see them, and he said he has some plans they might be interested in. He said he's looking to head down to Tijuana after the show with a Gladiator buddy. Cena paused and pointed out Adamle's supposed to be on the PPV. Adamle said he only had one match to call, and when nature calls, you have to listen. He then pulled out a bottle of Mamajuana from his pocket and handed it to Cena for tonight. Adamle excitedly walked off, then Cena and Mickie flirted about practicing the rear naked choke or maybe a head scissors later on.

As first learned in a Joey Styles Exclusive video on WWE.com, Women’s Champion Mickie James will defend her title against both Beth Phoenix and Melina in a Triple Threat Match at Judgment Day.Melina and The Glamazon have been after Mickie’s title since she earned it when she pinned Beth on Raw. Neither one has found a way to stop the Women’s Champion, though. In fact, their common desire to hold the Divas’ top prize has caused a lack of success on their part.One week prior to the night the match was made, Melina allegedly accidentally hit Beth with a boot. Tensions between the two Divas only escalated afterward, as The Glamazon abandoned Melina when they teamed up to take on Mickie & Maria on Raw. The ensuing confrontation in the locker room led to an all-out brawl that required three people to break up.Beth and Melina have not been able to work together toward a common goal, to date. It’s clear that it will be every Diva for herself when Mickie aims to continue her recent run of success and retain her gold at Judgment Day.

Live in the arena: The arena was dark with no pyro. Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler welcomed us to a dark arena before the lights came up to reveal William Regal in the ring with Lillian Garcia. Big heat for Regal. Lillian sang "God Save The Queen," much to the angst of the audience while Regal stood stoic in the ring. Big turned into huge heat against Regal, who said how dare they disrespect his country. He said he could have people thrown out of the building if he wants. Regal went to the outside and surveyed the front row. He picked a couple of the crowd and asked for them to leave. Mickie James then stormed ringside and said that's her family. Regal didn't care, but Mickie kept arguing. Regal said he could strip Mickie of the Women's Title if he wanted.
Suddenly, John Cena's music interrupted and the roof came off. Cena saluted the crowd then sternly walked to the ring not looking in the mood for a fun night at the casino. Cena led Mickie out of the ring, then he approached Regal. He said he's been away for a few weeks and he needs to talk to Regal man-to-man. Cena went the self-deprecating route, then said pretty much everybody thinks Regal is messing up. Regal said not everyone, as Vince McMahon gave him full endorsement. Cena cut him off and said Vince is straight insane. He then pulled out some emails from fans to WWE's website about Regal.
Elsewhere backstage: Cena was getting a cup of coffee when Mickie James walked over to thank him for the opening segment with Regal. Cena said it's cool. She then asked if he wanted to go out with her, her brother, and her brother's girlfriend afterward. Cena went into robot mode and said he has a commitment to his job, which includes staying focused on Orton tonight and Judgment Day on Sunday. Mickie wasn't sure how to take that, so Cena broke robot character and said of course he's good for going out for drinks later. He warned things get wild with him sometimes. Mickie said she can do wild. Cena said that's cool, then Mickie walked off to prepare for a match up next. In-ter-esting. But, I thought Mickie was interested in Murdoch. Oh yeah, that was about 15 storylines ago.
Elsewhere backstage II: They showed Beth and Melina walking in anticipation of the match against Mickie.

In-ring: Melina came out first for the divas tag match. After she did her little in-ring pose thingie, Beth Phoenix came out while the announcers talked about Beth and Melina not being on the same page last week. Maria led out the babyface tandem, then Mickie James pranced out to a typical strong reaction.
3 -- MELINA & BETH PHOENIX vs. Women's champion MICKIE JAMES & MARIA
Melina and Beth had an early miscommunication, with Beth being bumped off the ring apron. Beth then opted to leave the ring instead of take a tag from Melina to set up a beating on Mickie. Melina lost control, and Mickie finished off Melina with a neckbreaker. Beth just kept walking up the ramp with her back to the ring while Mickie and Maria celebrated afterward.
WINNERS: Mickie & Maria in 2:00.
