And she secretly hoped Perun would then show, would be drawn to the city for the same unexplained reason. The hope for this shined in her eyes but when she locked gazes with Veles that hope faded. Would it be so bad to be without Perun? A breath was taken in.
"There are others," she stated, though she was sure he knew. She neared him again, circled him and came to stand behind him. Her small fingers began to drift up to his shoulders and curled tightly there over the muscle, began to work out any and all tension and knots.
