Who: Miles St.James/Veles and Saturday Jacobs/Dodola When: Wednesday Afternoon Where: Saturday's apartment What: It's been far too long since Veles last saw the lovely Dodola and Miles isn't about to say not to seeing the beautiful Saturday, either.
It was rare that Veles ever lost track of Dodola. Throughout the years, he kept impeccable track on the young goddess and the vessel that housed her. At first, it had been extremely odd to Miles. He often felt like an over enthusiastic stalker whenever he happened upon Saturday. It was easy to write it off as coincidences in the beginning. After so many times and so many meetings, though, it was becoming obvious that they were keeping notes on Saturday and Dodola's whereabouts, and had been for all these years.
Gifts for the spring were kind gestures, but Veles wanted more. Knowing she was near, feeling her radiance and excitement so easily even with the thousands of people residing in New York, Miles could feel the god growing restless with the desire to see the goddess.
It was why he had made his way across town to the apartment that Saturday was staying at with her friend. Finding it empty upon his arrival made him smile with satisfaction. He had wanted their meeting after all of these years to be intimate and quiet. Setting the atmosphere, Veles filled the apartment with soft, soothing violin music. The curtains were opened to allow the bright sun to fill the space with both bright light and warmth, and he had placed bunches of spring flowers about.
"Yeah, this ain't weird at all, Vel." The god inside of Miles laughed and Miles flopped down on a sofa with a heavy sigh. "Sure hope she still likes all this stuff."
