"I am going to the Met but it's a party and there won't be any fighting." He smoothed a hand over her hand to offer her some comfort. Hera thought that Elisa might be an oracle. Her visions were odd but he wasn't sure that it could be possible. Her mother had been crazy too. Jeremiah noticed they were close to Samuel's building and he was anxious to get the whole thing over with. He had dinner with Alice and he knew he had things to make up to her.
"I don't think you are crazy but there are some people who would. Perhaps after we find this wolf and your dog, we can have a talk about the visions." He was going to put the talk off until after the party at the Met, he was curious how accurate her visions were and whether there was going to be a fight or not.
When the cab stopped at the building, he paid him and slid out in front of Elisa. "My friend is good at locating people, he uses some old magic. It works so don't scoff at it, okay?" Jeremiah couldn't really explain to her about gods and powers so he tried to just leave it at that. He hoped the explanation would be good enough, if not his day was about to get a lot more complicated.
