"I can't?" he asked with a teasing tone, his eyes full of mischief. "Because, it appears as though I have." He was shirtless, and while he'd not exactly waltzed into her apartment, he'd made an entrance. She wasn't attempting to throw him out either. Nor was she saying she didn't want him. She was saying it was wrong. There was a difference.
