Oh. This wouldn't end well. It was difficult to determine how it was going to end, but there was nothing good that could come from this meeting. Reed was a nice guy; charming, handsome, and smart. He was the sort of guy that Abigail would have gladly taken home to her parents. If Lydia wasn't dating him? She would have gladly accept Aphrodite's assistance and offer to make their meetings worth while. But morals would always stay true to Abigail and her friendship with Lydia meant far more than having one night of amazing sex with an incredibly gorgeous man.
"You can't just come waltzing in here and...and start taking your clothes off and thing that I'll just, you know, fall over you..." The stern anger in Abigail's tone was slowly diminishing into a smoldering frustration. She hated Aphrodite even more for every moment that the meddlesome goddess was weaving her little spells, or whatever gods and goddesses used, to cloud her judgement. If Aphrodite wanted him? She would need to find another vessel for her sexual escapades. Abigail wanted nothing of it. Except she did. She thought she did. She could feel Aphrodite's powers pushing through her, moving one bare foot and then the other in a step toward Neptune.
"This is wrong. You can't just make us do what you want because you can't control your sex drives." No wonder all these deities had so many children.
"Reed! Now would be a great time for you to step in!"
