Poseidon had no qualms about proving it to her, didn't care about scaring her or rushing her into it. She would accept it with time. He stared down at her, the mortal vessel that held his sister and lover. "Do you doubt that I can? Come here." Poseidon grabbed her arm and tugged her to the door. He rarely showed off or used his powers but in the course of 12 years, he had gained most of them back slowly.
He opened the door and looked around the empty courtyard. It was peaceful a quiet, perfect. "Look. Sunshine, blue sky." He closed his eyes and pulled Alice against his chest, all of his energy on the rain. He murmured quietly in Greek and smiled as the darker clouds began to gather, a small rumble of thunder and the soft downpour of rain. He still couldn't do much more than a passing shower but it was enough to prove his point to her.
He opened his eyes and met her gaze. "You are and you know it. Just like you know who I am." They were both going to get soaked and he couldn't care at that moment.
