"I don't..." Oliver started, then took a breath and squeezed her hand once again. "I don't think it's bullshit," he finished off, before releasing his grip on his friends fingers to have his own shot. He felt a bit ashamed of himself. After all, he'd been so blunt with Lyd when it came to Reed, and now it turned out he'd been in exactly the same situation all along.
"So I may have jumped the gun a bit," he finally admitted, once the burning at the back of his throat receded. "Turns out that J-S has one as well. An inner-God type person." He forced himself to look across at Lydia, his cheeks flushing a faint shade of pink as he reached for his rum and coke. "I shouldn't have been so quick to tell you not to see Reed, I guess."
