There had been too many strangers attempting to look him over to make sure he was alright. The hospital he had been whisked too after the accident had called him three times, an atrocious amount when all he had taken was a small bump on the head. Or, yet, for as far as they knew, he'd only taken a bump on the head. There were moments where Eros did wonder if perhaps something else had happened in that split moment where Roger had died and he was left in his place alone. Perhaps something that the mortals had seen that made them all so worried. When he had gotten into his records however, there was no designation of such a thing and pushed it off as perhaps his charm, it had been going rather haywire that day, an easy thing to expect when one lost a soul. He explained, quite calmly, to the nurses that he was fine, well enough that he was going about his daily business with no problem and in fact was exercising with no ill affects. Which was exactly what he was enjoying with this wonderful spring weather. He did not miss London yet, New York was still too new, and the park was quite a sight. Not as picturesque as Kensington, but it would do. |
