What: Iounn gets a visitor of the cosmic variety.
Where: Her room in NY Pres.
When: Wednesday morning
The day before felt like it had happened years ago. Time moved different in this place, either too slow at times or too fast. She had a hard time keeping track because her sleep cycles were so off. Sometimes she awoke thinking days had passed when it had only been two hours. Sometimes she awoke thinking hours had passed and it had been a full day.
The doctors seemed to lack hope, save for one, and preparations were already being made for the day she would need to go into hospice. Whatever had been slowly killing her for the past year or so had grown aggressive and frighteningly so. Iounn, who had been ever young and healthy, could feel it eating away her insides and it frightened her. She hoped Hel would be good to her if her soul did not find another vessel.
When her door opened she half expected to see her father but was surprised by the one standing there. Her heart raced.
"How did you know I was here?"
