Hera had been trying to prepare herself for the vision that would meet her at the door; reminding herself of the tall lithe woman that Zeus was embodied in. It would not be a shock this time, she was determined; only as the door swung open and the beautiful woman greeted her she still stiffened in surprise. She returned the kiss on the cheek mostly out of habit and then looked him over; she felt suddenly very under dressed. The outfit itself was not cheap, luckily her own vessel agreed in a higher quality of product, but it was a spring dress of peacock pattern (an amusing thought Hera could not pass up) and simple jewelry.
She wanted to keep her jacket tied tightly around her waist to hide the fact, and in nerves moved to tuck a strand of hair behind her ear and teasing at the gold glinting earring as she looked around the foyer of the room. It was aesthetically appealing and it reminded her of Zeus in a strange way, the thought made her smile slightly, reminding her that this was the god she had known for an age--longer then any mortal could ever understand and there was no reason to be nervous. "The view suits you." She said with a crooked smile, eyes almost looking over at him through hooded lids.
